2020 Some Days are Diamonds Syrah

The second half of our single vineyard series, Some Days are Diamonds is wildly different than its sibling (Some Days are Stones). Sourced entirely from Discovery Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA. This wine is a laser; tight, focused, and lean. It stirs memories of Northern Rhone Syrahs. Diamonds pulls in the savory notes that our Syrahs are known for along with dark fruits and a fresh acidity that makes it a perfect pairing for food. This wine was fermented 75% whole cluster and using native yeasts. Aged in a combination of French oak 500lt puncheons and 225lt barrels.
